Processing on Hastelloy Alloys
OneKaizen cuts Hastelloy alloy to your length and arranges finishing and machining through partner machine shops. We inspect chemistry and hardness before it ships.

Hastelloy Alloys Questions
What is Hastelloy?
Hastelloy is the trade name of a family of nickel-molybdenum alloys. They resist strong acids, chlorides and pitting corrosion, and suit the harshest chemical service.
Which Hastelloy grades does OneKaizen supply?
OneKaizen supplies C-276, C-22, B-2 and X. Send us the grade or UNS number on your order.
What is the difference between C-276 and C-22?
Both resist acids and chlorides. C-22 has more chromium, so it handles oxidising conditions better. C-276 is the long-established choice in reducing acids.
Hastelloy or Inconel: which should I choose?
Hastelloy suits strong acids and reducing chemicals. Inconel suits heat and oxidation. Tell us the service and we will advise on the grade.
What forms and sizes do you supply?
Round bar from Ø 29 to 500 mm, with sheet, plate and forgings to order. Rolled bar goes up to Ø 350 mm and larger sizes come forged.
Do you supply certificates?
Yes. OneKaizen ships every lot with a mill certificate showing chemistry and mechanical tests, traced to the heat number.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order depends on grade and size, and OneKaizen confirms it on enquiry. OneKaizen supplies to the UNS or ASTM grade from approved mills. Hastelloy is a trade name of Haynes International.
Final grades, sizes and condition are confirmed against the mill's range and your order before we quote.
