01In-house capability

Bright Bar Manufacturing

OneKaizen makes bright bars from hot rolled stock sourced from our partner mills. We finish them by cold drawing, peeling or grinding to Ø 8–160 mm round or 18–50 mm AF hex, at h9 to IT6.

Cut to Length

OneKaizen cuts steel sheet, coil and bar to the lengths on your drawing, in carbon, alloy, stainless and non-ferrous grades. The grade stays identified, and the pieces arrive ready to load into your line.

Steel Slitting

OneKaizen slits cold rolled coil from 0.3 to 3.3 mm thick into strips from 50 to 1,600 mm wide. You get clean edges and controlled coil weights for your press, roll forming or tube line.

Bright Wire Processing

OneKaizen draws wire rod of Ø 5.5–40 mm into bright steel wire from Ø 1.5 to 37 mm. We supply it in coil, in grades such as SAE 1006–1080, SWRCH, 10B21 and 100Cr6, for fasteners, springs and cold heading.

Heat Treated Bars

OneKaizen supplies annealed, normalised and quenched and tempered (Q&T) bars in carbon, alloy and bearing steels. We heat treat in-house and through partners, and every lot ships with the hardness on the certificate.

Machining

OneKaizen supplies machined parts as well as bar. We source the grade, prepare the bar and have the part turned, milled and drilled to your drawing at partner machine shops, then inspect it before delivery.

What We Do Ourselves, and What Our Partners Do.

OneKaizen processes bars, wire and coil and heat treats in-house, and adds capacity, forging and machining through partners. You get one source for the grade, the processing and the delivery.

Our metallurgists pick the mill and the route for your specification. We say plainly which step we do ourselves and which a partner does, so your quality team knows who made what.

Which steel processing services do you offer?

OneKaizen cold draws, peels and grinds bars, draws bright wire, cuts steel to length and slits CR coil. We also supply heat treated bars. Each service has its own page with sizes, grades and tolerances.

Which processes do you run in-house?

Bright bar manufacturing (cold drawing, bar peeling and precision grinding), bright wire drawing, cut to length, CR coil slitting and heat treatment. Forging and machining go through our partners.

Where do you process steel?

OneKaizen has a processing facility at Chakan, near Pune, and we work with partner mills and processors across India. We deliver across India and to buyers abroad.

What is a steel service centre?

A steel service centre buys steel from mills, then cuts, slits, finishes and delivers it in the form a manufacturer needs. We do that, and we also source special grades and handle supply for you.

Can I combine two processes on one bar?

Yes. A common route is peeling followed by centreless grinding, or drawing followed by cut to length. Tell us the finished size and tolerance and we plan the sequence.

Can you process a grade I choose?

Yes. OneKaizen sources the grade from our mill network, then processes it. Browse our grades or send us your specification.

What do I send for a processing quote?

Send us the grade, input form and size, the finished size and tolerance, quantity and delivery point. A drawing helps.
