Processing on Round Bars
OneKaizen cuts, finishes and heat treats round bars in-house. Rolling and forging happen at our partner mills and forges.

Round Bars Questions
What sizes of round bars do you supply?
Hot rolled rounds from Ø 16 to 500 mm in lengths of 3–12 m, and forged rounds from Ø 250 to 1,030 mm.
Do you supply EN8 and EN24 round bars?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies EN8 and EN9 carbon, and EN24 and EN19 alloy round bars, hot rolled or forged by size.
What is the difference between a round bar and a bright bar?
A round bar is hot rolled with a scaled surface. A bright bar is the same bar cold drawn, peeled or ground for a clean surface and tighter tolerance.
Can you supply 20MnCr5 or 8620 round bars for carburising?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5 and SAE 8620 case-hardening rounds, with the cleanliness and hardenability band you specify.
Do you supply round bars cut to length?
Yes. OneKaizen cuts rolled and forged rounds to your length in-house.
Do you deliver round bars across India?
Yes. OneKaizen delivers to plants across India, including Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Rajkot and Delhi NCR, and exports to buyers abroad.
Can you supply forged round bars above 500 mm?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies forged rounds from Ø 250 to 1,030 mm through our partner forges.
Do round bars come with test certificates?
Yes. Every bar ships with a mill test certificate traceable to the heat number.
Sizes, grades and tolerances above are our standard range. Other sizes and grades are available on request. Final values follow the order standard and mill certificate.
