Managing Director

Santosh Dhage

Management · Business development · Metallurgy

Santosh Dhage leads OneKaizen’s management and business development. He holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and an M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP), so the metallurgy behind every grade and process is part of how the company is run. He is the contact for our Pune head office.

Kunal Sood

Strategy · Steel processing industry

Kunal Sood brings experience in the steel processing industry and shapes the company’s strategic direction. He holds an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management and a B.Com from Loyola College.

How Does the OneKaizen Team Work?

OneKaizen is run by metallurgists and steel people. Our leadership sets how we source, process and deliver, and our metallurgists and mill network handle the grade, the processing and the logistics for each order.

What Does Each Part of the Team Handle?

Management and business development. Setting direction, building the mill and customer network, and being accountable for what we promise.
Strategy. Deciding which processes to build, which partners to add and which markets to serve.
Metallurgy. Choosing the grade and condition, reading mill certificates and advising on failures. Read about our metallurgical consultancy.
Processing and supply. Running our processing facility at Chakan, working with partner mills and delivering to your plant.
