Processing on Square Bars
OneKaizen cuts square bars to length and finishes selected sizes as bright bars in-house. Rolling and forging happen at our partner mills and forges.

Square Bars Questions
What sizes of square bars do you supply?
Square sections from 20 to 480 mm in lengths of 3–12 m, with larger lengths to order.
What grades of square bar are available?
EN8, EN9, SAE 1018 and 1020 carbon, EN1A free-cutting, IS 2062 E250 structural, and SS 304, 316 and 410 stainless.
What is the difference between a square bar and an RCS bar?
A square bar has sharp square edges. RCS has rounded corners. We list RCS sections separately.
Do you supply forged square bars?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies forged squares for larger sections through our partner forges.
Can you supply bright square bars?
Yes. OneKaizen finishes selected grades and sizes as bright square bars in-house by drawing, peeling or grinding.
Do you supply square bars across India?
Yes. OneKaizen delivers to plants across India, including Pune, Chennai, Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Delhi NCR, and exports to buyers abroad.
Do you supply SS 304 square bars?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies SS 304 / 304L, 316 / 316L and 410 square bars. Send us the section and length.
Do square bars come with test certificates?
Yes. Every bar ships with a mill test certificate traceable to the heat number.
Sizes, grades and tolerances above are our standard range. Other sizes and grades are available on request. Final values follow the order standard and mill certificate.
