Pipes & Tubes Questions
What types of pipes does OneKaizen supply?
OneKaizen supplies welded (ERW) and seamless pipes and tubes in carbon and stainless steel, to ASTM, API and EN standards.
Where do your pipes come from?
Welded pipes come from SeAH Steel in South Korea and seamless tubes from CITIC Pacific Special Steel in China. We confirm the source for each order.
What is the difference between welded and seamless pipe?
Welded pipe is formed from strip and seam-welded, and costs less. Seamless pipe is pierced from a solid billet, has no weld seam and suits higher pressure and temperature.
Which standards can you supply to?
Carbon steel pipes to ASTM A53, ASTM A106 and API 5L, and stainless pipes to ASTM A312. EN 10216 and EN 10217 on request. Send us the standard on your order.
What sizes do you supply?
Sizes depend on the mill and the pipe type. Send us the outside diameter, wall thickness and length, and we confirm availability before we quote.
Do pipes come with test certificates?
Yes. Every lot ships with a mill test certificate traced to the heat number, including the tests the standard requires.
Can you cut pipes to length?
Yes. OneKaizen arranges fixed lengths from random-length stock on request.
Final sizes, grades and testing are confirmed against the mill's range and your order before we quote.
