RCS Questions
What does RCS mean in steel?
RCS means round-corner square: a square bar section with rounded corners.
What sizes of RCS do you supply?
Sections from 20 to 75 mm. Length is set by order.
What is the difference between RCS and a square bar?
An RCS bar has rounded corners and rolls with a controlled corner radius. A sharp square bar has square edges.
Do you supply EN8 and C45 RCS?
Yes. OneKaizen supplies C20, C45 / EN8 and IS 2062 E250 and E350 RCS, and 42CrMo4 / 4140 alloy.
Can you supply RCS cut to length?
Yes. OneKaizen cuts RCS to your length in-house.
Do you supply RCS across India?
Yes. OneKaizen delivers to plants across India, including Rajkot, Pune, Chennai and Delhi NCR, and exports to buyers abroad.
